Sanitary Pump Station

This model is for use with a a single P or S pan toilet, no other sanitary appliances. It has an internal vent but can also be vented to atmosphere. Discharge at rear of pump through 32mm class D pressure pipe at 215mm (centre) from bottom of pump. Can be fitted with alarm system.

For remote installations, i.e. when the pump is not connected directly to the toilet pan, the maximum permissible distance from the pan to the pump must not exceed 150mm. Failure to comply with this requirement will invalidate the warranty.

IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED TO DISCHARGE THE FOLLOWING INTO A SANI-SPLIT PUMP –

sanitary pads and tampons
excessive quantities of toilet paper
sani wipes
paper towels
coffee grinds
commercial kitchen fats
for commercial installations, install a sign on the toilet cistern to point out what must not be flushed
in commercial kitchens, the installation of a grease trap is recommended

If any of the above do enter the pump, they may cause a blockage. In the event that this occurs however, the unique split system design of the pump readily facilitates un-blocking, without having to call in a plumber, or to have to disconnect the pipe work.
