Pipe Flashings
Pipe flashings are used to provide a weather proof seal around external penetrations through metal roofs and claddings. Good trade practice recommends they are installed on the diagonal, affixed with “TEK” screws or rivets, with a continuous bead of silicone between the edge of the flashing and the substructure.
Pipe Flashings are available in standard or retrofit configuration, in either EPDM (black) or SILICONE (red).
Temperature range:
EPDM -40° to +115°
SILICONE -60° to +200°
